Photographer’s Note
A new photo on workers... not enough illuminated staircase and a big hole for the Lift nearby , this lady was carrying a bag of sand on her head while her child is on her shoulder.. a bit risky condition.. these people came from a neighboring state , Andhra Pradesh.
more photos on those workers are here ..

Hi Sandip,
superb blur in b&w... I also like the crop and the fact that the baby's face is in the dark.
Still working with the baby in her arm... sad (and risky as you mentionned in your note)...

Hi sandeep..
Though it has blur..feeling get conveyed..
I mean photography is not only having sweet, beautiful sunset or portraits. but it is mainly of expression, feeling & body language.
I can get the feelings & pain of construction worker in India.
mainly from Andhra pradesh, Thousands of worker migrate & work on daily basis on various construction sites.
Life is really hard for them..to earn few rupess..regardless of health condition & weather they need to prepare their lunch mainly plain rice or rotis...with crushed green chilies or vegetables..& they need to go to MAN market where they will be hired by some mediator who will negotiate with them for wages & of course he will take out his commission.
No security, No insurance, No safety equipment & no benefits..
they to work..to feed themselves & there families ...
Life is worst than hell..but nobody cares..

Hey you're getting into "blur" these days to, Sandip? I LIKE this one, the sense of movement and the shadows. Well done...

D'Agata-like in its effect and technique, I love this for its impressionistic effect. Excellent black and white.
