Photographer’s Note
I know that Lakefront and river front property is pretty pricy around here but does the value go up or down when you have Hydro/electric plant in your back yard AND front yard across the river? Not sure it would be my choice but.....
Thanks for visiting my gallery and your comment on my photo...I'm back!!

Hi Donna,
Not my choice either...I didn t know that houses were allowed to be so close to a hydro/electric plant, but your compo shows it well that it is possible.
Cheers,

I suppose this was taken with a telelens, so you loose a lot of depth and get the impression that the plant is near by. Still, It wouldn't be my choice either. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Donna,
Interesting shot. Nice looking houses on the waterfront though I must admit, the hydel power plant does influences things a bit. You have lost on sharpness in this photo, could have gone for a higher aperture value. Also try sharpening tools on PS.

Hi Donna,
Everyone wants to live on the water. Clever POV to create this contradiction.

Hi Donna, good shot, with the strong contrast between the small houses on the foreground and the big plant on the back! sure, it isnt' my favorite palce to live! or maybe you'll must see the horizon on the same direction!
thanks, ciao
