Simplicity in Black and White Photo

Photographer’s Note

A very old house in the old city of Nafplio.

The house was almost in B&W and I prefered this version than the color one.

I liked the windows and the lordiness that house has. The horizon isn't tilted, it's only the angle I took the shot.

I hope to like this experimental shot.

B&W in the sun land? B&W enhance the architectural details. I like it. Good contrast and textures.

Hmm two different windows, good idea and very good presentation. I think the presentation in B&W is fine, good sharpness to. Wonder though, how it would look like in colour..but probably you've made the right choice I think.
Good contrast and fine greytones.

En effet, le noir et blanc convient parfaitement à cette composition, cela fait ressortir tous les détails, et l'angle de prise de vue est bien choisi pour rendre à cette façade toute son âme du passé.
Excellente définition générale.

Φιλε Μπάμπη Καλή Χρονιά!
Ενδιαφέρουσα και με πολύ καλή γωνία λήψης η φωτογραφία σου.Το αρχιτεκτονικό ενδιαφέρον των στοιχείων , όπως λένε οι ειδικοί , αναδεικνύεται πολύ όμορφα από τον χαρακτηριστικό φωτισμό.

Απλη συνθεση φιλε Μπαμπη,αλλα με ωραιο φωτισμο και πετυχημενο καδρο.Κατι διαφορετικο,αλλωστε μου αρεσουν πολυ οι μινιμαλ συνθεσεις!
Οτι καλυτερο για το Σαβ/κο!

The juxtaposition of the windows is well captured here. Doesn't matter that it looks tilted, you can always straighten if you want, but I think it lends to the whole architectural scenery. Nice in B&W, too!
