Photographer’s Note

This pic was taken at Jaldapara Wild Life Sanctuary. This is the continuation of my previous post. Elephant riding is one of the major attraction of this sanctuary. This little elephant had come along with her mother and gave no less entertainment to the tourists. Even if they (little elephants) didn't have the formal training, they always followed their mother with tourists on top in dense forest very obediently.

Hello Arjun.
Well, I don't feel as though it is right when someone gets zero feedback on their photo. It seems as though you deserve to have something written because you always give fair and balanced critiques; not just backpatting. This is not a bad photo by any means, it just seems to be missing a little soemthing to grab the attention. I think maybe the white balance fell just a little off...maybe, but, while the colors are bright they seem a little flat. There are pleasent faces all through the shot, but it might have worked a little better with the elephant facing the camera...trust me I know, these things are not always possible; but I wanted to lend something a little constructive.
I hope you do not mind my comments friend, I just felt as though a word was deserved here.

A nice pic. but may have been better if taken from the front..the bright colours of the dresses of the people seem to take away the attention from the lovely baby elephant. Hope you don't mind Arjun.
