Merhaba Yavuz.
Very nice POV, carefully symetric with no perspective distortion, which is remarkable. The exposure is also as good as it could be, considering the adverse light conditions.
I suspect that nobody paid atention to it until now because it isn't a very nice subject for being in a so bad shape.
