Photographer’s Note
A long trip along Cañete river is necessary to arrive at Huancaya one of the most beautiful places of the Department of Lima. Located at 3.500 above sea level, this small village is surrounded by turquoise lagoons, waterfalls and features a wide diversity of flora and fauna.
Papacocha Lagoon is home to vast quantities of trout.
