Located in Glacier National Park in Northwest Montana is Many Glacier. This area near the northeast part of the park offers tremendous views of lakes and the soaring peaks around them. Many Glacier Hotel is a marvel of architecture and a beautiful place to sit out on the deck and enjoy the views. On the road into the hotel is this small house with an old wooden shingle roof, set next to a small waterfall. The sign on the driveway says that it is a private residence. It must truly be an amazing place to live.

This shot was taken along a small trail just off the road. After a shuttle never arrived at the hotel to take my girlfriend and I on a three day backpacking trip we decided to dayhike a few places in the park.

I'm sure more pictures of Glacier are soon to come. I did not like that the water was overexposed but the colors in the rest of the picture were amazing and I think the scenery speaks for itself. Let me know what you think.
