San Marco Passage

The San Marco Passage is the crossing point between two Valleys: the Brembana Valley Valtellina. Yuo can still walk down the ancient passage of the Priula Road which used to link Venice to Coira. This refuge is 2,000m a.s.l. in the Orobic Alps. During the summer it offers a choice among beautiful walks, trekking, mountain hiking, trout fishing and mountain biking. During the winter you can choose among all kinds of winter sports like Alpine skiing and so on. The refuge has rooms with private bathrooms, a TV room, a reading room and a Bar. The Restaurant, where you can taste typical traditional dishes, is also equipped for banquets and business dinners.

LOL you've found patriotic goats that eat only under the Italian flag !!!
good framing and light on the photo despite the dark conditions, the white goat on the bottom left stands out very well on the green grass background.

bonjour Paolo, très belle photo avec le ciel chargé de pluie et de toute beauté, il ne devait pas faire très chaud là haut? les chèvres ajoutent un très bon élément!

Ciao Paolo.. una scena che negli ultimi tempi si è ripetuta più volte dalle nostre parti: un temporale estivo di alta quota. Buona la composizione con le capre ad animare la scena sotto la bandiera nazionale..

Cielo scurissimo in alto, poi grigio, poi il verde... e le capre bianche e nere. Bellissima l'asta con la bandiera.

My word. How have I missed your photos for this long? This one (among many) is beautiful. The color and detail in the foreground is excellent and then fading into that wonderful background. I particularly like the dark cloud over the bright foreground and the lighter clouds over the far mounatins. Great shot!! TFS,
