Photographer’s Note
Life keeps running on Mekong and its sub-rivers. No body knows how many years it happen but it is still running today. People around this river relies on it. The "eat" the river, "drink" the river and "live" with the river. Wars was happened around this river around 30 years in the last centry but it kept running.
Now, it becomes a famouse site for people from different countries. It shows them the history, the life style and in return a smile from the people.
Technical:
I was in another boat when taking this picture. The small boat is not stable. I use this 'feature' of the boat and shoot it. It is not horizontal aligned but give the feeling that sitting on the boat. The boat keeps 'shaking'.

Hi Kinson,
I like your placement of the boat here and the little reflection of it. Extra dynamic is achieved with your tilting. Composition-wise this is a good attempt given the difficult circumstances you were in.
Yet the technical aspect needs improvement! The boat wasn't on focus and is not sharp enough. Even though you used a VR lens, I suggest you choose at least ISO 200 to achieve a faster shutter, just to compromise for the extra vibration due to your boat. I see that you only chose 135mm focal length - I'd be interested to how it'd look when you zoom in closer.
Cheers,
Cheuk Hin
