i like this unique capture of the Eiffel tower. Nice pov. I would suggest using an f/stop like 22 and exposing the picture longer like maybe 15 or more seconds.

Nice POV, but I suggest the same thing that BitemJack: take a longer exposure picture.
I know that this POV should not be easy with a tripod, but colors should better.

c'est un de mes sujets préférés, bravo pour le cliché. J'ai bien l'aspect des lumières blanches, le temps de pose est adéquat pour ce rendu.
