Photographer’s Note
This is a picture of the same Monastery depicted in my other posting, but this time seen from within.
I used a combination of aperture and speed that allowed me to completely darken th e interior and show the trees far in the front yard with some light coming in through the above stain glassed window and both narrow side windows.
Hope you like the effect.

Very very well exposed, the effect is great. But I find the side windows a bit unneccessary for the composition.

nice pic ..really love this style...maybe cause i'm in love with using black spaces in my pics too ..anyway wonderfull balanced photo.

Simply perfect! nothing else to say. The color elements seem to be floating on the pure deep black. The contrast of red and green with the black is almost unreal. Congratulations.

Great technique you used here. The composition is nice: without the small windows on the left and right, the photo would have looked rather empty. The windows now filled up the black gaps nicely.
