Photographer’s Note

Paris, taken with a Sony point and shoot, so not too taxing. I was in a monochrome mood at the time, so a lot of the photographs I took at the time were in black and white.

I find it's a lot easier to take photos when the sun is shining...even if you have hard light, or a boring blue sky...somehow it's easier to see the interesting in the normal. This is a set of stalls pretty much between the Louvre and Chatelet, I think. A lot of people stop and browse there, mainly tourists I think, but for that part of Paris, it's pretty much the norm.

I like the feeling of nostalgia you get from black and white pictures.
