Taken at late fall and weather starting to get very chilly in Minneapolis. Taken with polarizer at late of the day.

The sky is beautiful and so sharp and the colors to the photo are very fall-like. I like the darkness contrasting with the light. It gives a very end of the day and end of the year kind of feel to this photograph. Very nice.

I like the colors of the sky, but find the object to be framed too tight ..so can't see the beautiful sky.
But then, that is personal preference, your highlight could be the boats?

I love this picture!

The light on the canoes is very nice, and it harmonizes them (canoes on a rack tend to look mismatched). The whole picture has a melancholic feel to it.
