I like this shot. Good DOF with the seafood in focus. The reaching arm is almost surreal. It could be a bird reaching out for it's pray. The watch however reminds you that there is a human attached to this arm..

I like how the towel on the man in the background almost mirrors the two white fish. Depth of field is perfect.
