Photographer’s Note
This is on the westbound platform at Sloane Square station. I've seen a few good shots lately on TE with regards to the tube, so I thought I would jump on the bandwagon, so I got the camera and tripod out and out I went. I took quite a few shots here, and got some funny looks while I was all set up on the platform. Why I choose this one out of the several shots, is that I like firstly the guy standing on the platform and he stayed pretty still. Secondly if you look closely you will see the eastbound train and the people waiting on it which gives a bit of a ghostly feeling in the background.

marc,
quite nice exposure.u well exampling the movement but I must say there is a lack of sharpness at the standing man,he must be pin-sharp for this shot to be a runner up.

I love these pictures, but personally I would have cut out the man on the right since he's not really adding anything to the picture. It would make the picture cleaner and more about the movement of the train.

This is great. I love the way you can still make out some of the people in the train. Did you use a tripod? with a four second exposure I'm also surprised that the guy on the right of the photo is still relatively sharp.
