the place is Chandler Arizona - i'm still asking why most of this place's sidewalks have evenly scattered (semi powdered looking) rocks - though the effect on landscaping looks good an mostly prevents accumulation of sand - i still didn't get the real purpose -

what have you taken this picture with? It's all pixellated and out of focus. seems made by a camera phone. but the pic is good! it'd need only some sharpening and to be straightened. I like the pov, the light.
