Photographer’s Note
...before christmas! By far the most remote place I've ever visited :)
I'm very satisfied with loneliness and stillness, but this place I think would've been too much. Even for me!
Imagine driving on a bumpy dirttrack with several "lanes" winding together, creating a strange web in the landscape. You see 2-3 gers in the distance. Then you bump along for nearly two hours more and you see another 2-3 gers... That's countryside in beautiful Mongolia! :)
I guess this place is very much the total opposite from what we are doing right now, running around in the shoppingmall hunting presents ;)

Well, did you find this place in a travel brochure aimed to agoraphobics or persons with any kind of socializing troubles?
Even the colors are scarce... they left out the place. What is desesperate is that there's not even enough snow to ski trek... and I can't see any pleasures associated with mud.
Comparatively, Iowa is a theme park.

is this greyscale/black and white or desaturated? Because it does look B & w. nice note and interesting pic... a road leading to...nothing.
