Aló Rogerio,
Nice picture. This kind of image makes me wonder what is in the head of the subject. You took the photo under very difficult light conditions too (light background).
Even if technical issues are not always the most important aspect of an image, the highlights in the background seem a little over exposed... Maybe using fill flash while steping down exposure by 1 or 2 points can help a lot. Also using raw (Nikon's nef?) may help to add a little bit more dynamic range.
