About the photo itself:
This is the Taj Mahal. Not that Taj Mahal, obviously, but this is what locals call the Jefferson County Administration & Courts Facility, since it's big and pretty, bears a vague resemblence to its namesake with the two wings extending from a wide, tall-domed entry. All that's missing is a gigantic reflecting pool in front - but it does have a fake obelisk and a roundabout... Although some indignant residents claim the name arose from the massive waste of taxpayers' money used to build this unnecessarily opulent government building.
