Photographer’s Note
Finally I am back with a post, this weekend steven and I went to the Lake District- WOW! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL place... we only went for one night and this was taken today our last day and the clearest; we actually got 10 minutes of blue sky and no rain! I came back with a few pictures in this 10 minutes that I will be posting this was taken on the lake called Crummock Water, this little cheeky guy decided to walk right infront of my shot, but I thought it added some life to it.
My favourite part of this photo is the reflection in the water and the clearness, hope you all enjoy too!!!

hey ashley nice shot, i was jealous when i saw you in this position! it looked a great view! and its worked out quite well, only thing i would suggest is that the hills seem a bit soft on focus, perhaps sharpening that in PP would improve? nice shot though reflections are beautiful, i look forward to seeing your others!

Hi Ashley,
Beautiful reflections and colours. You're right, this sheep adds a lot of life and originality to the composition.
Well seen and done ;o)

A good shot, I like the colours on the hill in the background but it is the calf that makes it. I definitely agree that it could be sharper so I have left a quick ws for you.

Same as Ste; you don't post for ages and now I have 2 shots to look at. Lovely autumn colours and reflections. (It reminds me of army camouflage colours)You're right the sheep makes a welcome addition to the composition. The WS has improved the sharpness.
When I've finished returning today's critiques I'll be back (probably no smiles left then though.)

Wow, that is beautiful! The hill looks like a bit of red paint was spilled on it. The reflection is like a mirror, and then with the sheep - perfect. Great job Ashley!

Hi Ashley,
Beautiful reflection that comes up to the sheep as if it was ice. Great POV and woderful soft colors gives this one a very peaceful feel. The tiny island and the wooly one do alot for this beauty.
Regards, Tom
