Photographer’s Note

Yesterday i had the oppturnity to go to a buddist temple in a city near linhai. the temple is very old adn is still in use. Some of the trees outsdie of the temple were nearly 500 years old. Although he were not alothough to snap photos inside i ddi get some grea shots outside. this one is of on of the monks who came over to look us, being white and all, and did not notice as i took this shot of him.

Jon,

I like the colors of this, and the neat angle from below. It makes the monk seem different from other monk shots. I think you could get away with cropping the cement from the bottom, even if it makes the guy look like he has no legs. Also, I did a workshop on one of your previous photos, I hope it works for you.
