Photographer’s Note
A dyke on the island Goeree Overflakkee in The Netherlands. Most of the island consist of polders surrounded by dykes, so the land is below the sea level. In 1953 there was a big flood and many dykes broke. After that the Delta works were designed with big floodgates to protect.
Looking to the field, it is prepared for potato’s.

Very graphical photo. I like the layers created by different colors and the line of trees.

Nice one Hendrik. I'm a sucker for these graphic landscapes, intersting motion blurr in the foreground.

goedemorgen Hendrik!
The blured foreground makes this very special,-I guess you took this out of a driving car?
A fine landscape compo with graphic elements in it.
Goed werk!

Hi Hendrik,
Thisone I like. You passed the scene and the scene shows us a play of incoming and outgoing lines with that treedyke in the background with a sauce of beautifull Dutch clouds in the air above it. CU, Erik

Misschien Stellendam? ;o)))
Well, all the landscapes on our islands looks very much the same, so we can see who are the good photographers when we still can see differences in point of views, or framings, or colours... Well done Hendrik!
