Very true, it's not a fair or amusement park without a ferris wheel. I think it's a very Americana sort of thing, especially the neon lit wheel that you depict here. I really like the nice sharpness you got here and the way the neon stands out so strongly and vibrantly against the black night. There's also a nice sense of motion despite it being frozen. I think it's created by the way you have it break the top of the frame mixed with the repetition of the cars. Also the off center point of view helps as it creates an imbalance that wants to pull the wheel over. The tree tops at the bottom add a nice sense of scale giving it a towering feel. This was very well photographed. It even makes me think of the sounds of a fair and the smells, though I try to block that out since I don't like that smell of all the food stands.

Nice play of lights and good composition Archana.
It woulod have been nice to see the people riding the wheel more!
I like the ink black background.
