Photographer’s Note

Taken at the West Edmonton Mall at the Playdium movie theater. This is located in phase 4 in the mall that's stakes the claim as the World's Largest! The heat from the flames can be felt from over 20 feet away but go to the upper deck for the full effect! This was one day I wish I had my tripod because even with the flash I couldn't use the f-stop I wanted....

Not sure how you havent had any feedback on this shot yet (over 1000 views!)
What draws me to this image is its peculiarity in its almost authenticity. The dragon appears as real in the photo. There isnt very many clues that give away its true nature as a model. By subtracting away the elements of the mall, the shoppers and the materialism (branding, advertising) etc - The image takes on the appearance of a picture from a Fantasy novel. Good work!
