On 24 March the Kyrgyz White House, the president's and government's seat, was nearly destroyed by people who outnumbered policemen and the special task force and overtook the almost emptied building. Young people started crushing everything inside and stealing whatever they could but eventually were stoped by others.
The president has run away from the country which is in the list of the 25 most corrupted countries in the world (Transparency Int.) and one of the least developed in the CIS and world as well (World Bank). Only Tadjikistan is behind us but they had a long civil war whereas we haven't.
