Manila pier is also home to the lower class of the population of the city. Even with the populated bay kids from this community would swim here for fun.

Nice silhouette effect. I like the mono colour scheme very much. Not sure I like your comment "lower class" though…... “poorer or underprivileged” maybe?

Nice shilouette.
Sun is covered by the boy.
Yet the color and light looks great.
The ripples on the water adds some more.
