Photographer’s Note

Even if someone would say that flowers are not in TE aims, :o) I choose to post it anyway because I find this flower particulary nice after a storm rain, and in front of a very dark background.
No colors and curves modifications done.

Marie, this is very good, and the backlight shining thru' the flower petals is lovely. The strong diagonal just makes it, as well as the fact that the "stem"? does not grow out of the corner, but is set away from it. My only small gripe is that the petal ends are cut-off. Sill beautiful. (It looks like a day lilly)

Very nice picture! As long as there's no pet in the background, it's quite on target as far as I'm concerned ;-)

However, the flower bud on the left is distracting and should probably be cloned out. The picture is cropped a bit too tight, and the DOF is a bit shallow in my opinion. None the less, I like the contrast and the bright colors.

J'aime beaucoup cette composition, le cadrage avec la fleur sur la diagonale principale... Les gouttes d'eau donnent une vrai sensation de fraîcheur. Peut-être un léger flou sur le pétale en avant (en bas à gauche) mais bien contre balancé grâce à la mise au point centrale bien nette. Joli cliché.
