There was Independence Day celebration. Falls. Fireworks. A lot of people. And I'm with tripod :-)
Tech: Here is 2 shots merged together, one with 5 second exposure, other with 20 seconds.

this looks absolutely fantastic. well captured.
why is there some haze-like effect on the left? is it due to camera angle or something related to it?

sharp shot..like the colours of the fireworks..
it would have been better if you could concentarte
on the tower and firework only..

I agree with Adind that the left part of the photo may serve as a an alternative.
