The countryside surrounding Killarney is blessed with many beautiful lakes. The green mountains surroundin these lakes creates a beautiful scene, with the special kind of light that is seen often in Ireland.

beautiful nature shot. the saturation of the greens on the left hill is superb. nice point of view looking across this lake. the sky is fantastic too. nicely done.

Beautiful pic Joan, this letterbox composition. The green rolling hills look great but the Irish sky steals the show here - the clouds are so very well rendered, there's almost a 3D feel to them.
I like the clear focal point here too, evenually drawing our eyes to point of the laoke and the low bank of clouds above it. Lovely job.

Good photo of a beautiful nature. Good colours and sharpness. This feels very Irish to me, althoug I never have been in Ireland.

I like the format of this photo because it emphasize the feeling of space of this landscape. I also like the fact that the mountains lead the eye to a center, where the mountains is lower, but that center is not exactly in the middle of the photo.

I agree with your note, Joan, in fact this place is beautiful and the light is also special. I like very much the green, the clouds and also the inclusion of the plants at right. Good work!
