taken during climbing Marmolejo. these strange ice forms are called "penitentes". Each one can be 2 m. high. They are really amazing until the time you need to get through... then you use a lot of "f" words

Vraiment impressionant, un bleu très profond dans le ciel, sans interférences avec la glace d'une immaculée blancheur.
Un spectacle au'on aimerait voir en réel.

Très très impressionnant ; aucune surespo. C'est fabuleux la photo en montagne dont les teintes brunes sont d'un effet garantie. Le glacier avec sa répétition de pointe donne une excellente architecture à l'ensemble.

I have already heard about ice penitentes, but never seen any myself. At about what altitude are we ?
Anyway, both a superb and an unusual picture of mountain landscape !

Excelent shot. The scenery is breathtaking. The colour of the rock is nice and the sky looks really dark (what was the altitude?). The ice creations look uneartly, too. Congrats.
