Photographer’s Note
In Madeira, you can still find quite a lot of these small shops selling a bit of everything, where you always get a warm welcome from the owners. As I walked down the Rua Fernão Ornelas , I came across this one whose front drew my attention, especially the name of the shop which made me smile.

Yes, a photo which makes the viewer smile - even if the overall atmosphere in this picture is a bit melancholic. I like all these wonderful old-fashioned details one can detect here. Not an everyday photo at all ...;-))
