Photographer’s Note
This shot was taken from the Metro Bridge towards the left bank of the Dnieper River in the Ukrainian capital Kiyiv. You can see the construction of a cathedral of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, which was not well represented in the left-bank part of Ukraine before. Due to its gigantic sizes the cathedral is going to be the dominating religious building in this residential area in a couple of years. A much smaller church is seen at the left-bottom corner of the image.

Hi Sergiy
Interesting architecture indeed, a mixture of many different modern styles. So far I knew not so much about the Ukraine, more the economic facts, but it looks nice. Apart from skyscrapers there also is green vegetation. Your light management is very clever adding shadows and sun light to the building to get the details of them more pronounced. Fine color hues and sharpness too, well done
Best regards
Urs

Hello Sergiy,
It is an incredible spectacle, which probably will not be seen any more in France after centuries of construction of multiple churches and cathedrals. It is comforting to see that the traditions continue in Ukraine. it will be an imposing monument. An astonishing image and carried out very well. Cheer.
Have a nice sunday

Bonjour Sergiy.
C'est une photo qui nous montre une ville en pleine croissance avec, en prime, la construction d'une cathédrale. Belle lumière qui fait briller les dômes !
Amical salut !

Hello Sergiy,
You have captured some interesting details in the skyline, "architectural diversity" is the word!
The fine light from a good angle adds 3D to the structures, sharp fine details...
The view is well framed with a dominant diagonal line!
Greetings,

Hi Sergiy. Very good cityscape which indicates how modern Ukraine is becoming now. The blend of turrets and normal roof shapes is a good juxstaposition and the image is powerful in that regard. Excellent clarity. TFS. Murray.

Bonjour, cher Sergiy,
L'architecte doit se rendre le metteur en oeuvre de la nature.
Subtile mélange : oeuvres contemporaines sachant conserver l'esprit de l'ancien.
Une image intéressante et fort bien réalisée.
Amitiés.

Hi Sergiy,
The cranes warn us that there is a good activity in the construction of new buildings in the city.
I like the graphical contrast between the different architectural styles, both civil and religious, well caught in a good framing.
The light and the colors are magnificent.
Nice work, my friend.
Best regards,
Josep

Hi Sergiy,
very interesting collection of architecture indeed.
I first thought about Las Vegas, but then again I remember some of Polish neighborhoods even in Cracow and they look pretty much similar with the church having the funnies architecture and large in size.
Nice presentation, TFS
