I have used the smallest aperture, which has given me spikes radiating from light sources. I also had to brighten-up the upper half of the photo, which I did in Photoscape. Photoscape is also available in a portable version, which you can carry around on your USB Drive. Very convenient.
I then removed a little bit of noise using Noiseware.
