Photographer’s Note
Another shot from the Muay Thai kickboxing in Phuket, Thailand.
Two young contenders fight for all their worth in the Muay Thai ring where besides kicks and punches, knees and elbows are also allowed.
I shoot sports on aperture priority and here I aimed for a 1/100-1/125 sec shutter speed to allow for some sharp detail as well as conveying the quick speed of the punches and kicks.
Semi desaturation, levels adjustment, frame and copyright for final posting.

I hope you like the shot!

Good morning Dan,
I don't like this sport (sport...?), but your photo really hurts me. You catch the excellent moment.
The face is showing the entire map emotions... bad emotions... but emotions.
Good, strong capture!
don't lose the power... or fuel ;)
regards, iza

Hi Dan,
amazing photo. Really dramatic. The expression of the child's face is incredible and their bodies seem so full of tension.
Great work,
M
