The Chamonix Valley stretches from Servoz to Barberine on the Swiss border. The main towns (working up the Valley from Servoz) include Les Houches, Les Bossons, Chamonix, Les Praz, Argentiere, Mont Roc / Le Tour, and Vallorcine.

Ski areas: Chamonix is not a ski in - ski out purpose built resort, but rather a town which became the world capital of mountaineering and developed into a world re-knowned ski resort. It is actually 5 ski resorts and one famous off piste lift access (the Aiguille du Midi).

The main ski lift areas (working up the Valley) are:
* In Les Houches = Les Houches,
* In Chamonix = Le Brevent and the Aiguille du Midi (off piste only)
* In Les Praz = Flégère
* In Argentiere = Les Grands Montets
* In Le Tour/Vallorcine = Le Tour/Balme Header...
Flégère is interconnected with Brévent. Le Tour/Balme is connected by lift to Vallorcine. The snowpark is in Les Grands Montets. There are other smaller beginner lift areas including Les Planards in Chamonix.

Olà Aires,

very nice wintre's view in the mountains. I like the good balalnce of the composition with the two houses well located. The red and the green arise very well in the image.

splendido POV per la visione di questi bellissimi cottages, un posto in cui viene davvero la voglia di abitare.
I colori sono molto belli e naturali, e la composizione con la casa in diagonale assolutamente perfetta.

You are back to your beloved Chamonix...
There is a nearly night atmosphere here, maybe for the cloudy sky, yet there is a fine light which makes the windows shine. Good and intense chromatic contrasts (as in most of your photos) and a well balanced and framed composition.

visitei chamonix no verão e com tempo nublado, ainda assim foi lagal.
gostei desta sua vista dos chalés, a luz suave estava boa e as cores sóbrias mescladas aos pontos mais coloridos fizeram uma boa compo. lindo trabalho
