Photographer’s Note

Bagan, formerly known as Pagan, is an ancient city in the Mandalay state of Myanmar. Located in the dry central plains of the country, on the eastern bank of the Ayeyarwady River, Bagan used to serve as the ancient capital of several ancient kingdoms in Burma.
Most of temples and stupas were was built from the mid-11th to near the end of the 13th centuries, during the time Bagan was the capital of the First Burmese Empire.

Hi Stormboy,

A beautiful shot and interesting pov with the arch framing the two temples. I like the way the detail on the main subject temple shows up and the rich colours.
