Photographer’s Note
This is the second of my Risle valley series. Le Bec-Hellouin is a beautiful small village with a big abbey. It was close to where we were staying. The abbey gets most of the publicity but it isn't anything special. The village itself, however, is full of colourful timber framed buildings and is a gem - one of the best in the valley!
On one of the days we were there a row of classic cars was parked on the "main" street blending beautifully with the row of buildings across the road. The weather wasn't good but I managed a shot with just a touch of sky with the aid of a polarising filter.

Hi Ian,
What a fine view! I really like old buildings, but I like old cars even more! Very good composition and attractive colours. This photo takes me back a few decades.
