I love that intended grainy texture and the ambience that this is creating. There's an ethereal dreamy quality about this place and about this lovely composition...you need not be always sharp and claer to tell a story...I like your experimentation

Hello,

For sure, difficult condition of light for photo inducing strong contrast and noise, but in the other hand, there is also a strong ambiance like in 'film noir'.
I would only suggest to correct a bit the tilt angle. From my view, it is better without.

straight yellow line and curved shining lines make tasteful space.
and the man looks ghost who lives this underground space long time.
maybe red sign reflects his mind...

I like this kind of picture with strong graphic that can stand by itself but with the addition of a person gives it a special mood and expression. On this photo if you cropped it just below the hand of the man, this photo has its own impact. The addition of the man, gives it mood and possible story. By cropping the photo slightly above the man, makes this photo visually stronger.
