Photographer’s Note
The weather in Cornwall on my recent visit was as you might expect for the British isles in summer-very unsettled.
This picture was taken in the harbour of the little seaside village of Port Isaac, through the car windscreen as the rain fell in ever harder amounts. It does look like i've clicked the 'watercolour' paint effect button in Photoshop-but i promise-i haven't!
