Photographer’s Note
A small patch of blue sky gave some cheer to an otherwise grey winter's day in this shot of the Mandurah Road Bridge spanning the Peel Inlet. This bridge carries the bulk of the traffic between Perth and the SW of Western Australia at present: but there will soon be another bridge and highway further upstream, due to open mid-2009, that will help restore Mandurah to a quieter place once again.
