Photographer’s Note
As I have written in one of my previous posts, Milos, is among many other things, an open-air geological museum, probably the most important in Greece.
Here you can see a gallery in the abandoned iron mines of Vani cape, at the northernmost edge of the western "branch" of the island. It's quite dificult to reach, you 'll have to take several dirtroads (4X4 vehicle suggested), you 'll also need a good map to find it. But once you get there, you 'll see one of the most unusual and spectacular greek landscapes, a location that would be ideal for shooting "western" films, with strange rock formations and blinding red colours.

Hi Hercules
I find the light a bit too strong here, but I love the POV, with an amazing perspective. The succesion of the arches is striking ! I agree with you : it looks like a perfect location to shoot a western. Amazing! Bravo!
I wish you can give the map in WS !(I'm kidding!)

Kalispera Hercules.
Carlos.

Hi Hercules,
Exellent composition as usual, perfect angle! It seems that the upper part might get more charm when it gets the bottom of the image darker. However, i like this rust color full of punch.
Have a nice weekend, Hisashi
