the point of view is indeed nice, and I do like the colours, but what happened with the sky? there are huge streaks on the left, did you clone something? or is this taken through a glass? also, there's a halo around the building in the center, it distracts me quite a bit. there's a strange yellow blurr on the right, and even if the buildings seem to be more or less straight, because of the mountains in the distance the photo feels heavily tilted. I'd crop from the left, and then play around with "distort" tool to see what can be done about the tilt.
