about taking a picture of dishes.
I think it is good when DOF is narrowed a little than the dishes. and taken from little higher than the eye level for modeling is better.

Yuo-san, tabetaiiiii!!! Shirasu honnto daisuki.
I had some nama shirasu at Enoshima and it was darn good, just like this photo. Nice and sharp and very appetizing.
