Photographer’s Note

Time to go for me. And some must be very happy to see me leaving.

I spent some good times here, but it was years ago. The most talented photographers left TE (except Kev, Gilad, bantobuju) and I have no more interest here. Nothing more gives me the taste to learn more about photography. I thought we were all here to learn but the spirit changes. Also, as I do garbage, why should I go on ? I will go back to look at my books of :

Nan Goldin, a great portraitist, who also make some blur photos, and who had the Hasselblad Award in 2007. She is my favorite photographer above all ...
Cindy Sherman, Hasselblad Award 1999
Ansel Adams, Hasselblad Award 1981
Irving Penn, Hasselblad Award 1985
William Klein, Hasselblad Award 1990
Henri Cartier-Bresson, Hasselblad Award 1982

and more... The list could never ended ... I think I will learn more from them, the real photographers ... or just look at real GREAT photos.

I let all the crap I published if someone is interested in and want to let some negative critics and dirty green smileys. Feel free to wrote what you want.

Maybe, one day I will come back if my life not ended too quickly.

Have a lot of fun and keep on giving green smileys and a lot of « fantastic », « marvellous » even when the photo is bad.

I was happy to « meet » some members here.

I wanted to dedicate this one to Grazyna (NinaL). I follow her work from the beginning, we sometimes have strong discutions about photography but I know she is as sensible as me. It is not a dedication because of the gesture of this young boy, no, just because it is one of the eye-contact I had with someone in the street and I know she likes that. This young man saw me with my camera and asked for a photo. So Grazyna, it is for you and I wish you lots of good fotkas and be sure I will look at your gallery from time to time, here and on flickR. Farwell Grazyna and still enjoy life and photography.

Feel free to make negative, postive critics as always. Feel free to give or not give those green faces. But be sincere. On this photo and also on photos of others members. The truth is always good to ear or read, even when it can hurt. Forget your ego.

Taken in the Parc de la Villette. L'enfant seul A photo and a song that show the new generation for me. A kind of desperate generation.

Just realized it was the longest note I have ever wrote ...

Bye.
