I really like this shot.

And for several good reasons.

.very sharp and superb clarity
.fine exposure to register such strong blue sky gradient tone
.superb abstract of the fishing net
.nicely done vertical format

I enjoy viewing the net and sticks intruding into the blue space, even the clear water.

A wonderful shot, with great luminosity and sharpness of detail. The water looks very clear and the combination of the reflections and the pebbles is irresistable - what a magnificent winter day it was! The shapes of the nets and poles look great against the gentle gradient of the sky.

Hi Gilbert,

Deep blue contrast what result in also clear details inside the water.
Vertical composition is very interesting, it works pretty good with the net and those poles to the left.....well seen and composed.

Bonjour, Gilbert. Une image bien construite dans laquelle les lignes donnent une très bonne structure à la composition. Les reflets sont agréables et les coquillages qu'on voit sur le fond nous renseignent sur la clarté de l'eau. Les contrastes sont bien gérés.

Well handled light and the control of exposure has contributed towards the depth and the sharpness of image..colours are waht makes nature shots stand out and youve done it well my friend..

Stunning reflections..you must have real patience to pull this off..

Tu ne te lasses pas, moi non plus...!
Ces lieux sont extraordinaires et fascinants surtout quand on a la chance de ne pas avoir de vent. Cette fois c'est une lumière pleine de contrastes, parfois, tout est dans la douceur des teintes pastel...
Ton format vertical est parfaitement adapté pour mettre en valeur les filets et leurs reflets.
Bravo, et s'il y en a d'autres, n'hésite pas (en ce qui me concerne!)

C'est un vrai plaisir de tomber sur une photo aussi belle. Les nasses qui se reflètent dans l'eau bleue sous un ciel également bleu font un tableau dont on ne se lasse pas.

un festival de bleus dans des dégradés tout à fait appétissants. L'avant plan donne avec l'arrière plan éloigné, une profondeur parfaite avec un horizon bien marqué.

Une autre ambiance ici par rapport à celle que j'ai pu voir chez Joël, ici ce sont tous ces tons bleus qui mettent bien en valeur cet enchevêtrement de nasses. La netteté de l'image est très appréciable notamment dans le reflet. J'aime beaucoup ton cadrage précis. Merci Gilbert.
