Photographer’s Note
During my visit in Can Tho, I spent a few hours early in the morning in the floating market of Cai Rang. It was really such a wonderful place to watch the full activities of the people ! When this happens, you just want to catch the right moment, to get good photographs, and you do not have time to be just sitting and looking, watching, living these moments.
I have some more of these photos. I like this one. Probably they are friends. She offers one piece of fruit so the other woman can taste it.
In the meantime they were chattering about what's going on !
The difference and amazing thing is that it was a real floating market.
I believe sometimes travelers and tourists might disturb their business.
We have to be very respectful. The Mekong is really a river full of life.

I do agree with you: mekong is a river that pulses lots of life!
I visited this place too...and this place - although it's plenty of tourists - still keeps its naturality!

Hola Roser,
Un retrato de "vida cotidiana" muy logrado, con una compo estupenda, lo que es admirable en este tipo de instantáneo, donde no hay tiempo para planear.
Un abrazo, José.
