Photographer’s Note
Zebus oxen (Bos primigenius indicus) are a part of daily Indian rural life.
Here they are pulling a chart with a load of sugar cane.
They have a wooden yoke on the neck to distribute the force of draft across their shoulders.
Zebus typically have a hump on the shoulders, droop ears and large dewlaps (the flaps hanging from the neck).

In rural Indians life style People are totally dependent animals not only on Bulls, goats, snakes, elephants (once upon a time), horses and so many.
We not only take the help from them but also we adore them as GOD for example you can see this on wiki
Hey paul, You made me to think about my village.
Where it is common thing to see.
After adopting the metro life, these are something we are missing.
TFS,
Greeting from India,

Hello my dear Paul
Great photo. You could well describe the vivid expression of cows with very good framework, angle and nice color management. I think if you focus them from the front, that would be a simple one. Congratulation on your good job !
Best regards and thanks for sharing

Hello Paul,
From this image, it's easy to understand why people in many part of the worlds, especially in India and Nepal, have so much respect for cow. My family don't eat beef in respect for the hard work cows provided in the farm. this is an excellent image, good close up, good details and a wonderful daily life image.

Hi Paul,
Wonderful clarity and strong natural color to this fine twin portrait.
The oxen are seen in such strong details and precise lighting that their every mucsle and giant blood vessels are seen in striking relief.

Hi, Paul.
A picture that tells a story, which is always the best part as far as I'm concerned. Colorful and representative of rural daily life in a great number of Asian countries. Beautiful light and taken from a striking close angle, I like it a lot. TFS! Have a good day, I'll see you around.
Fulvio.

Good evening Paul,
This image is splendid, if I dare to say, these heads are expressive, they express the tender and the renouncement of any freedom. It is an image which points out to me my youths of kid of the countryside in Poitou, where there were still harnessed horses and also oxen. The realization is perfect in light, colors and clearness. Cheer.
Have a nice evening

Hi Paul,
You have superb quality here with rich, well contrasted colors and sharp detils, under an optimal Indian light. Tight framing works well here.

Quite prehistoric view, sorry all Indians who can think different!
Great photo, these animals looks quite unusual to me - and this yoke also looks kind of strange.

Hi Paul,
Very impressive shot with spectacular composition. The title is superb, really, "they explode from the strength almost". The dark-bluish background emphasizes the animals in the composition wonderfully. Excellent shot. Have a nice weekend!

Hallo Paul,
Mooi scherp beeld.
