Photographer’s Note

Hello everyone! This is a picture taken in summer 2008, in Pefki were i stayed at a camping area and had a really good time!

Pefki is a wonderful coastal place in North Evia in Greece. Evia is the second largest of the Greek Aegean Islands and the second largest Greek island overall in area and population, after Crete. It is separated from the mainland of Greece by the Euripus channel, so narrow that it changes direction every three hours. In general outline it is a long and narrow, seahorse-shaped island; it is about 150 km (90 miles) long, and varies in breadth from 50 km (30 miles) to 6 km (4 miles).

Most of us do really miss summer, and pictures uploaded in the heart of winter can prove it!
In your next summer holidays, try to visit Evia, especially North Evia wich is a place anyone would like, cause of its green nature and many glories!

My Best Regards,
Nessie
