Photographer’s Note
Nafplion which is in the Peloponnese in Greece, is a seaport town that has expanded up the hillsides near the north end of the Argolic Gulf (Argolikos Bay). The town was the first capital of Greece from 1829 to 1834. Nafplion, with a population of 13,822 is the capital of the prefecture of Argolis and the province of Nafplion.
The picture was taken in Summer 2008 and uploaded in winter 2009, never to forget the beautiful days of last summer! ;-)

Hi Agni,
This image has a graphic look to it....all the straight lines and the patterns made in the brickwork help to create that result. The B&W works well as it emphasises shapes and form, rather than highlighting anything of dominating colour. My only criticism is that you must ensure that you get the horizons straight, it it is angled quite a bit down to the right. If you have access to Photoshop you can use the "rotate image" option to straighten.
Best regards, Grant
