Oooh Kamran, what a story this tells. It reminds me of that TV series Brides of Christ. As to the image, I like the composition and use of the wide aperture, the shallow DOF is very good. TFS and have a good weekend, what's left of it, Lisa.

Very true to your "every picture tells a story" motto, this is a resounding shot, Kamran.

A very 'close' shot with some interesting details, like the quilt (not sure about the English word here) on the bed, which I like very much.

I like how your posts really make an 'ensemble' - it's not just the picture, but the picture, with the note and the title that make a real unit. I like that.

I find your approach to photography very interesting, a daring approach to come out with a creative composition that tells a clear message - the baby cot and the simple single bed in the BG. A good scan from film too. I like it.

Salam Kamran. Yes, another shot that looks beyond appearances, looks at the untold stories of grief, abandonment, survival. Lovely light to it and a well thought out composition that includes, as Alfred mentioned, the single bed.regards. Klaudio.

Hello Kamran, This has that old atmosphere, colour & look about it, the Yashica, Kodak & your skill of course produced a timeless image from an era when this things were going on but kept hidden from society.
